PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION. 6.1 Privacy of communication or contents of information using services is not guaranteed and is subject to Government's regulations and other such factors viz Communication content/information is subject of Legal or administrative demand orRules or Regulations of Govt. or appropriate authority.
PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION. 24.1 All communications, whether by telephone, email, fax, or any other means, which are transmitted, undertaken or received using the Company’s IT or communications systems (“Company Systems”) or on Company premises will be treated by the Company as work related. The Company Systems are provided for your work use only. You agree that the Company may intercept, record and monitor all communications made by you and your use of the Company Systems without further notice. You should not regard any communications or use as being private.
PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION. In rendering service under this agreement, @Track will make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of SBC's communications. However, absolute privacy of communications is not guaranteed. SBC acknowledges that wireless communications, including cellular, satellite and other transmissions, are subject to interceptions by parties who possess certain types of radio equipment without the knowledge or permission of the user.
PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION. Rogers makes no promise that Customer’s use of the Services will be entirely secure and private. Customer acknowledges that it may be possible for third parties to monitor communications while Customer uses the Services. Customer assumes full responsibility for the establishment of appropriate security measures to control access to its equipment and to the information transmitted by Customer. In addition, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is solely responsible for taking the necessary precautions to protect its networks and systems, and all software, data and files stored on or otherwise forming part of its network and Customer’s System, against unauthorized access by its employees or any third party, and that such responsibility includes, without limitation, protection against unauthorized access through the Services. Rogers will not be liable for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits or proceedings whatsoever resulting from, arising out of or otherwise relating to Customer’s failure to take appropriate precautions to protect its networks and systems and all software, data and files stored on or otherwise forming part of its network and systems, against unauthorized access by its employees or any third party or any other breach of customer’s security or privacy.
PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION. 7.1 In the event of any dispute, the matter will be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the nominated authority in BSNL and will be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or enactment there-of or any rules made there-of. Customer will have no objection in any such appointment that arbitrator so appointed, is employee of the BSNL.
