PRIVATE DRAIN CONNECTIONS. 4.1. The Developers shall construct individual service laterals (separate sanitary connections (laterals)) to each lot from the street sewer main to the street property line. The sanitary sewer lateral shall be a minimum 125 mm diameter PVC DR28 with proper waterproof plug fittings approved by the Director of Public Works.

PRIVATE DRAIN CONNECTIONS. The Developer shall construct separate storm sewer connections (laterals) to serve each lot. Storm sewer laterals shall be a minimum 100mm diameter PVC DR28 white building sewer pipe with proper fittings as designated by City’s construction standards. The foundation drains shall be collected in a sump from which they will be pumped and discharged to the surface in such a manner that any water collected shall drain away from the foundation. In no case shall the foundation drains be connected to the sanitary sewer lateral. Sump pump connections may be made to the storm sewer lateral. Roof water from any building constructed on any lot shall be discharged directly to the ground through rain water leaders. Where there is a difference in elevation of the storm and sanitary sewer lateral, these shall be constructed in separate trenches and, in other cases, shall be constructed in accordance with the direction of the Engineer. SCHEDULE “G” Watermains The Developer shall construct a complete watermain system or systems, and all necessary appurtenances, including hydrants and house water service connections from the watermain to the street line. The design shall be approved by the City and constructed in accordance with its specifications. All watermains shall be sufficient size to service the subdivision, and the lands outside the subdivision, which will require the use of the subdivision’s watermains as trunk or feeder mains. The Developer shall be responsible for any damage caused to such watermains and appurtenances that may occur during construction of buildings on the lands and during the grading of same. The Developer shall ensure that all service boxes located on the street line shall be adjusted to meet the finished boulevard elevation at the time of final grading of the boulevards and sodding. The Developer agrees to obtain and comply with the necessary City watermain approvals to connect to the existing municipal water service. The Developer will comply with the Provincial Watermain Disinfection Procedure and the most current version of the City of Port Colborne Watermain Commissioning Protocol at the date of construction. SCHEDULE “H” Sidewalks The Developer shall construct and pay the cost of concrete sidewalks along the roads as shown hereunder. The said sidewalks are to be constructed to the satisfaction of the City and the specifications as required by the Engineer and shall be 1.5 m in width and 125 mm in thickness.

STORM SEWER AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM All sewers shall be installed in accordance with Engineering Plans approved by Regional Planning and Development Department, the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority and the Director of Public Works. The storm sewer system shall meet the design criteria of the Regional Municipality of Niagara and the Ministry of Environment for storm water. The storm sewer shall be designed to accommodate the runoff from the total catchment area and development drainage area, and all roof water, drainage from basement weeping tile and surface runoff from all roads and abutting properties. The rational method together with the Town's rainfall chart and runoff coefficients, shall be used to determine discharge capacity for a 5 year return storm. Concrete storm sewer pipe, or other approved type shall be used, minimum pipe size for storm sewer shall be 300 mm diameter, except where otherwise specified by the Director of Public Works. Surface drainage shall be collected by means of catch basins as per the following detail. Maximum length of gutter flow 100 meters. Storm laterals will not be provided for individual lots within the development. The sump pumps will discharge to the rear of the properties and at grade.

  • Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.

  • Trading Facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner Obligations Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall cause the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner in accordance with this Agreement and the NYISO Tariffs. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO may provide operating instructions to Developer consistent with this Agreement, NYISO procedures and Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO will consider changes to their respective operating protocols and procedures proposed by Developer.
