Common use of Private Interview Clause in Contracts

Private Interview. When a seniority employee is required to attend a disciplinary hearing, will be given the opportunity, if so desires, to have a private interview prior the hearing of not more than (15) minutes with committeeperson. When a seniority employee is discharged from employment while at work will be given the opportunity, if so desires, to have a private interview of not more than thirty (30) minutes with the Plant Chairperson or Committeeperson.
