Privately and Publicly Owned Materials. If called for in the Supplementary Conditions, all privately and publicly owned materials in structures removed shall be salvaged without damage and shall be piled neatly and in an acceptable manner upon the premises if it belongs to an abutting property owner, otherwise at accessible points along the improvements. Material in structures which is property of the Owner or property of any public body, private body, or individual which is fit for use elsewhere, shall remain property of the original owner. It shall be carefully removed without damage, in sections which may be readily transported, and shall be piled neatly in an accessible point by the Contractor. When materials of Owner, State, Municipality, or Parish are stored on or beyond the right of way, the Contractor will be held responsible for their care and preservation for a period of ten (10) days following the day the last or final portion of the materials stored at a particular location are placed thereon.   • Marketing and Publicity Each party may use the other party’s Brand Features in connection with the Agreement as permitted in the Agreement. Customer may state publicly that it is a Google customer and display Google Brand Features in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines. Customer and Google will work together on an announcement of Customer being a Google customer, which will take place on a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of the Effective Date. Additionally, with prior written consent, the parties may engage in joint marketing activities such as customer testimonials, announcements, press engagements, public speaking events, and analyst interviews. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with 30 days’ written notice.   • PUBLICATION AND PUBLICITY The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall not for any reason whatsoever communicate to any third party in any manner whatsoever concerning any of its CONTRACT work product, its conduct under the CONTRACT, the results or data gathered or processed under this CONTRACT, which includes, but is not limited to, reports, computer information and access, drawings, studies, notes, maps and other data prepared by and for the CONSULTANT under the terms of this CONTRACT, without prior written approval from the COMMISSION, unless such release or disclosure is required by judicial proceeding.
