Pro-Rata Cash Payments. Subject to Paragraph C below, Class Members may submit a claim for a cash payment of $125.00 for, among other things, time spent addressing issues related to the Data Incident by providing an attestation that the actions taken were in response to the Data Incident and the time associated with the actions.
