Pro-Rated for Lost Time Non-Occupational Injury or Illness. An employee who has lost time due to non-occupational sickness or injury which cumulatively exceeds three (3) months shall have his/her vacation pay calculated according to the employee’s entitlement on a prorated basis for all time worked. The cumulative three (3) months of lost time shall, for calculation purposes, be considered as time worked.
