Common use of Probation Period on Promotion Clause in Contracts

Probation Period on Promotion. An employee transferring to a new job under the provision of the job posting system shall be on probation on the new job for a period of up to thirty (30) business days worked. If, in the judgment of HOOPP, the employee cannot satisfactorily perform all the duties of her new job she shall be returned to her previous job or an equivalent job maintaining her previous rate and seniority.
