Problem Resolution. The parties agree that it is most desirable for a grievant and the appropriate administrator/supervisor to discuss the matter informally in an effort to resolve the problem. An Association representative may be requested to assist in efforts to resolve the problem informally with the appropriate administrator/supervisor. The appropriate administrator/supervisor may also have a designee present. It is the intent of the parties to exclude bargaining unit members from the above referenced administrator/supervisor.
