Procedure for Employee Aggrieved. The aggrieved employee shall take a grievance to the shop xxxxxxx of his choice and the following sequence shall occur and will end at the employee’s request or when the grievance has been settled to the satisfaction of the Union. Subject to Article 8.6(d), the shop xxxxxxx will submit the employee’s grievance in writing to the immediate manager within 15 working days of the occurrence of the matter leading to the grievance or the time that the employee became aware of the occurrence. The manager will hear the grievance and submit his decision in writing to the griever, the shop xxxxxxx and the Union within 10 working days.
