PROCEDURE FOR PROVIDING SERVICES. 4.1. The cost of the Services provided under this Agreement is determined based on the scope, nature and duration of the Services ordered by the Customer, and is indicated in the Application for adhesion, signed by the Customer. When the Customer contacts the Contractor, the Parties preliminarily determine the types of Services, the cost and the term for their implementation. The Customer, with the intention to conclude this agreement and receive Services from the Contractor, signs the Application for adhesion and sends it to the Contractor. The Contractor, within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the signed Application for adhesion from the Customer, confirms the receipt of the Application and sends the Customer an invoice for payment indicating the cost of the Service selected (ordered) by the Customer. The Customer, upon receipt from the Contractor of confirmation of the receipt of the Application for adhesion and invoice for payment of the Service selected (ordered) by the Customer, within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the Contractor's invoice, pays the cost of the selected Service by transferring the funds indicated in the Contractor's invoice to the Contractor’s current account.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by Ygnition for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by Ygnition, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit Ygnition to route the Ygnition Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by Ygnition. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by Ygnition and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at Ygnition's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, Ygnition will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. Ygnition shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to Ygnition’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
