Within twenty (20) duty days following the act, notification thereof, or condition which is the basis of a complaint, an employee may file a grievance with the employee's Principal or the employee's appropriate Administrator. Prior to filing the written grievance every effort shall be made to solve the grievance informally between the grievant, xxxxxxx, and the grievant's immediate supervisor below the level of Principal or Administrator.
