PROCEDURES AT THE LPRC LEVEL. a) The Xxxx shall review all LPC reasoned reports with the Library Personnel Review Committee (LPRC). For the purpose of reappointment and promotion, the Xxxx is the non-voting chair of the LPRC. This committee, having studied the candidate's dossier, shall vote by secret ballot, and shall present its reasoned report and a numerical record of the vote to the Xxxx in writing.
