Procedures for Selection of Instructional Materials. The procedures for selection of basal materials, supplementary materials, cursory materials, and library/media materials are found in Board Policy 2120 and Procedures 2120. A district committee called the Teaching and Learning Committee made up of teaching staff, parents, and administrators will meet periodically throughout the year. As a broad- based overview committee, they will work with the Director of Curriculum to identify needs and set priorities for curriculum development and at least annually review data relevant to the district’s curriculum implementation. Association suggestions regarding changes in the Board of Directors Procedures 2120 - Curriculum Development Adoption of Instructional Materials will be submitted by August 1.

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time Publisher may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats. When such changes, modifications, or migrations occur, the Licensor shall give notice of any such changes to Licensee as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than sixty (60) days in advance of modification. Such a notice may also be given directly by the Publisher to the Licensee.
