Media Materials definition

Media Materials means the Program Logo, any slogan developed specifically for the Program, any trade names, trademarks or service marks created specifically for the Program, any copyrighted materials relating solely or primarily to the Program, including materials contained in the Program Disclosure Documents that are related specifically to the Agency or the Program, website content related specifically to the Program and marketing, advertising and public relations materials that are specific to the Program.
Media Materials means content, regardless of format, created by Insured and distributed byInsured or on the Insured’s behalf by email, intranet, extranet or website.Media Materials will not mean:
Media Materials means the cell culture media and nutrient feeds used in the Manufacturing Process.

Related to Media Materials

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.
