Procedures - Notice of Delay. If the DPC, Ad Hoc Tenure or Ad Hoc Promotion Committee, Chairperson, or FPB fail to issue a recommendation within two (2) weeks of the target date or within two (2) weeks of receiving all necessary material including prior recommendations, whichever is later, he, she, or they shall notify the affected individual and the Xxxx of the reasons for the delay and an expected date for the issuance of such recommendation. However, the failure to issue a recommendation or notification within the time limits specified above shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions contained in this Agreement.
