Procedures to use/Withdraw Sick Leave – Conditions Restrictions. A. In order to be eligible to withdraw catastrophic leave from the bank, the unit member must be a participant and have exhausted all of his/her available accrued paid leave credits, which includes, but is not limited to, industrial injury leave, sick leave, compensatory time off, and vacation. Receipt of catastrophic leave does not delay the beginning or expiration of the period of eligibility for differential pay, nor does eligibility for differential pay affect the rate at which catastrophic leave is used.
