Process to change Pricing Structure. If the Distributor intends to make a change to its Pricing Structure that will materially affect the Trader or 1 or more Customers, the Distributor must first consult with the Trader about the proposed change. If appropriate, the Distributor may consult jointly with the Trader and all other traders that are affected by the proposed change.
