Process to change Pricing Structures. If the Distributor intends to make a change to its Pricing Structure that will materially affect the Trader or one or more Customers, the Distributor must first consult with the Trader about the proposed change. If appropriate, the Distributor may consult jointly with the Trader and all other traders that are affected by the proposed change. Without limiting clause 7.3, and unless the parties agree otherwise, the Distributor must: comply with the Code: comply with any provisions in the Code relating to the pricing of Distribution Services; and notify Trader of final Pricing Structure: provide the Trader with information about the final Pricing Structure and the reasons for the Distributor's decision, in a manner that clearly sets out the change made, at least 40 Working Days before the change comes into effect.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case-by-case basis.
