Processing CUSTOMER queries. COMPANY shall, at its own discretion, categorize incoming CUSTOMER queries according to severity levels that reflect the consequences of the problem or disruption for CUSTOMER. COMPANY may retrospectively adjust the severity level in individual cases based on further evaluation of specific disruption.
