PROCESSING OF EVALUATIONS. Any Administrator or other individual completing a personnel evaluation shall be responsible for maintaining the security of such records. This responsibility includes: 1. Assuring that such record will not be read by, or at any time available to, any unauthorized personnel and/or individuals not having a legitimate reason for such access. 2. Transmitting such evaluations in appropriate opaque envelopes and filing same as soon as practicable. 3. Furnishing the teacher with a copy of the evaluation prior to filing. 4. Apprising those secretaries who process evaluations of these procedures. Secretaries immediately responsible to an Administrator who processes evaluations are considered “authorized personnel.”
