Procurement Processes In Carrying Out Joint Operator Duties. The State may elect to have the Joint Operator conduct purchases on behalf of the State at either ANC or FAI for capital improvements or equipment subject to prior agreement with the State, including terms of finance or reimbursement, related to PARCS, revenue control devices, and related communications systems (Article XI(B)), premises alterations (Article XV), and various equipment (Article XVI) associated with the parking and shuttle bus duties described herein. At ANC, the Joint Operator may purchase at competitive market rates goods and services that cost less than $5,000 if the purchase is within the scope of the existing monthly and annual budget. At ANC, the J oi nt Operator will use a competitive process to procure goods and services costing more than $5,000. The competitive process must include soliciting bids from at least three vendors. Purchases of goods and services that cost more than $5,000 must have prior written approval of the State.

Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
