Common use of Procuring Agency and Stakeholders Clause in Contracts

Procuring Agency and Stakeholders. ADOT is the procuring and contracting agency for the Project, working in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (“FHWA”). FHWA will have certain oversight and approval rights with respect to the Project. The RFP will include the parties’ respective obligations for coordination with all governmental agencies, Stakeholders and those parties identified under Section 7.3.1.
