Product Acceptance and Warranties. 5.1 PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE: Manufacturer must deliver all Product in conformance to Specifications and must comply with all workmanship standards and quality requirements agreed by both parties. All non-conforming products will be rejected. When a shipment of Product is rejected, Manufacturer will be liable for the following expenses:
