Development Costs Licensee shall be responsible for all of its costs and expenses in connection with the Development of, and obtaining and maintaining Regulatory Approvals for, the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory.
Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law.
3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5
Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
2. Employees determined by the Health Department to be at substantial risk for exposure to contagious diseases shall be provided appropriate vaccines. Groups at risk will be defined by the Vermont Department of Health. If no guidelines have been published by the Department of Health, the guidelines published by the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia will apply. Vaccines and/or appropriate medical examinations will be provided at no cost to the employee according to applicable guidelines.
3. Any Department wishing to implement a Medical Monitoring Program on or after July 1, 1990, shall do so by conferring with the Health Department, and the Department of Human Resources. Prior to implementation, the Department of Human Resources shall notify VSEA. The parties shall meet within ten (10) days (unless mutually extended) after a request for negotiations by either party and thereafter on a regular basis for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) calendar days, after which the State may implement the program, whether or not the parties have bargained to genuine impasse. The VSEA shall retain all statutory impasse procedure rights as may be lawfully available to VSEA during the life of this Agreement, provided, however, the State at any time may withdraw its proposed medical monitoring program or terminate without further bargaining a medical monitoring program previously implemented, in which case, such retained statutory impasse procedure rights are extinguished.
Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Thirty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($36,846.26). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:
a. Suspending all or part of the Contract;
b. Requiring the Grantee to take specific corrective actions in order to remain in compliance with term of the Contract;
c. Recouping payments made to the Grantee found to be in error;
d. Suspending, limiting, or placing conditions on the continued performance of the Project;
e. Imposing any other remedies authorized under this Contract; and
f. Imposing any other remedies, sanctions or penalties permitted by federal or state statute, law, regulation, or rule.
Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

Inventory Management The Subrecipient must submit an annual statement identifying the status of all equipment and non-real property items purchased with ESG funds by the contract termination date. The status report should inventory all equipment and non-real properties purchased with ESG funds and state the condition of the equipment and its location.
