PRODUCT PRICE CHANGES. The Pulp Price Adjustment shall be determined by multiplying (a) the percentage for each fiber type set forth on Exhibit E for each Product by (b) the applicable Pulp Price Change minus one. The new Product Prices shall then be determined by multiplying (x) the Pulp Price Adjustment for each Product plus one by (y) the base Product prices. The resulting prices shall become the applicable prices for the following six-month period. Additionally, the resulting fiber type percentages shall be adjusted to reflect the Pulp Price Changes for the previous six months.

PRODUCT PRICE CHANGES. The prices of a Product may change over the term of this Agreement but only by written agreement of the parties. If the parties agree to change the price of a Product, the new price and the effective date shall be set forth in the new or amended Price List within five days of the agreement to change. In its sole discretion, Netgear may buy down Celestica's existing inventory and work in process ("WIP") and any open Orders by issuing a purchase order equal to the difference between the existing standard price and the new lower price. Product prices are to be reviewed on a quarterly basis by both parties. Differences between the price paid by Netgear and the price paid by Celestica to the OEM suppliers will be charged to or reimbursed to Netgear on a quarterly basis. Additionally, the Celestica service fee will be reviewed and adjusted as agreed to by both parties on a quarterly basis.

  • Product Price Termination under any of the above paragraphs shall not result in any change to unit prices for Products not terminated.

  • Product Pricing Contract Prices are the sum of annual Base Prices and Quarterly fuel surcharges, as detailed below. Pricing for shipments each month should be based on the Contract Prices for the most recent quarter.

  • Contract Price The Owner agrees to pay the Contractor for the full and faithful performance of the Work, including all applicable taxes, and the Contractor agrees to accept such payment as full and just compensation therefor.   • Product Changes IDSI reserves the right to make design and other modifications in the Equipment at any time but shall not be obligated to implement such modifications in Equipment that has previously been delivered.

  • Supply Price In event BTC exercises the Supply Option, the Supply Agreement shall afford Auxilium supply terms for Year 1 that are not less favorable than the average price afforded to Auxilium by the Back-Up Suppliers for the year immediately preceding the Supply Date and supply terms for each successive year that are not less favorable than the average price afforded to Auxilium by the Back-Up Suppliers for each preceding year as applicable.

  • Base Price Adjustments The base aircraft price (pursuant to Article 3 of the Agreement) of the Option Aircraft will be adjusted to Boeing's and the engine manufacturer's then-current prices as of the date of execution of the Option Aircraft Supplemental Agreement.

  • ADJUSTMENT OF CONTRACT PRICE The Contract Price shall be subject to adjustment, as hereinafter set forth, in the event of the following contingencies (it being understood by both parties that any reduction of the Contract Price is by way of liquidated damages and not by way of penalty):
