Open Orders definition

Open Orders means all open orders for goods and services with customers of the Company arising from the Business, together with related purchase orders, contracts, subcontracts and accounts receivable and credit support associated therewith.
Open Orders has the meaning specified in Section 2.3.
Open Orders means each order for the purchase of goods from RGPI which have arisen, have been conformed from, or will arise at any time through the term of this Agreement and which have not been filled.

More Definitions of Open Orders

Open Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(1) below.
Open Orders means all open orders for Bioabsorbable Implants as set forth on Schedule 2.2 and as subsequently received by MacroPore through the Closing Date, in each case to the extent the Bioabsorbable Implants to which such open orders pertain are shipped prior to the 15th day following the Closing.

Seller has no obligation to make any payments to representatives or any other Person on or with respect to Open Orders.
Open Orders means all open orders for the connection of Monitoring Services to end users of electronic burglar alarms, fire alarms and video and/or audio equipment arising from the Business, together with related purchase orders, contracts, subcontracts and accounts receivable.
Open Orders shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(vi) hereof.
