Product Traceability. All products during manufacture must have accountability (e.g., parts quantities, split orders, nonconforming product).

If authorized to install and validate the HealthPresence Products pursuant to a separate written agreement with Cisco, Integrator shall follow all requirements regarding documentation and retention of installation and validation records pursuant to such agreement and the Solution Design Guide. Such records with respect to each unit of Health Presence Product shall be kept for a period of at least ten (10) years following delivery to the End User of such unit and made available for inspection when reasonably requested by Cisco. Integrator shall not provide Cisco with any confidential patient information.
Product Traceability. The supplier shall provide a traceability method to follow the manufacturing history of each unit and the possible problems arisen during the production cycle.
