Production Deliveries. Production Models representing full production-ready systems (including BIOS and other Firmware/Software) shall be provided to NCR by Solectron for final verification with quantity and schedule to be negotiated on a program-by-program basis. Production models for first article inspection by indirect channel customer may also be required. Such inspections will usually be performed on Solectron premises and will require support of manufacturer's personnel

  • Deliveries (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered to each Purchaser the following:
