Production Phase. 55% of the negotiated fee less the fee paid at the Development Phase, to be paid as as follows: (a) 5% at the beginning of the Production Phase – upon the initial (kick-off) meeting with the producer for this phase; (b) 10% on first day of principal photography; (c) 40% on completion of principal photography; if there are several shooting blocks, the payment shall be divided into installments and paid upon completion of any shooting block.
