Productive Uses. Identification, development, facilitation and promotion of productive uses of electricity, primarily solar-based, in rural areas, focusing on income and employment-generating activities, such as refrigeration, water pumping and appliances for agro-processing; all through the execution of works, the acquisition of goods and equipment and the provision of technical advisory services (including capacity-building initiatives) to policy-making, regulatory and implementing institutions, as well as the private sector.

Productive Uses. Any individuals accessing the Software on behalf of Licensee, its Affiliates or Business Third Parties must be licensed as Named Users. The maximum number of Named Users (or other relevant metric) licensed to access the Software, and/or Third Party Database, shall be specified in Appendices to this Agreement. NOTE: User limitations should be carefully reviewed in the context of a SaaS agreement. To the extent web based users will have access to information or reports generated from a system, those potential “users” should be excluded or defined carefully.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer. Unless specified in an Order, Customer should contact 000.000.0000 to receive a telephone number for the applicable supporting Solutions & Support Center. Customer will appoint one Product administrator and one backup administrator to serve as the primary point of contact regarding maintenance services.

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services. If City objects, with reasonable cause, to any of Consultant’s staff, Consultant must take prompt corrective action acceptable to City and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by City.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.
