Products hazard means bodily injury and/or property damage occurring away from premises you own or rent and arising out of your product after physical possession of it has been relinquished to others. b. Your work does not include incomplete or abandoned work. 1) when all work specified in your contract has been done; 2) when all work to be done at a job site has been completed if your contract includes work at more than one site; or 3) when your work at a job site has been put to its intended use by someone other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same job site. c. Products/Completed Operations Hazard. (1) Includes all bodily injury and property damage occurring away from premises a Covered Entity owns or rents and arising out of a Covered Entity's Product or a Covered Entity's Work except: (a) Products that are still in a Covered Entity's physical possession; or (b) Work that has not yet been completed or abandoned. However, a Covered Entity's Work will be deemed completed at the earliest of the following times: i. When all of the work called for in a Covered Entity's contract has been completed. ii. When all of the work to be done at the site has been completed if a Covered Entity's contract calls for work at more than one site. iii. When that part of the work done at a job site has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project. Work that may need service, maintenance, correction, repair or replacement, but which is otherwise complete, will be treated as completed. (2) Does not include bodily injury or property damage arising out of: (a) The transportation of property, unless the injury or damage arises out of a condition in or on a vehicle created by the loading or unloading of it; or (b) The existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials.

Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall permit Developer to operate the Developer’s Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities in accordance with the results of such studies.

  • Suspended Operations If the University President or designee determines that the public health, property or safety is jeopardized and it is advisable due to emergency conditions to suspend the operation of all or any portion of the University, the following will govern represented individuals: A. When prior notice has not been given, represented individuals released until further notice after reporting to work will be compensated for hours worked on the first day of suspended operations. B. Represented individuals who are not required to work during suspended operations may request and may be granted a schedule change during their workweek. C. Represented individuals who are required to work during suspended operations will receive their regular hourly rate for work performed during the period of suspended operation. Overtime worked during suspended operations will be compensated in accordance with Section 5.3, above.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Projected Operating Budget Furnish Agent, no later than thirty (30) days after the beginning of each fiscal year of Borrower commencing with fiscal year 2021, a month by month projected operating budget and cash flow of Borrower on a consolidated and consolidating basis for such fiscal year (including an income statement for each month and a balance sheet as at the end of the last month in each fiscal quarter), such projections to be accompanied by a certificate signed by the President or Chief Financial Officer of Borrower, in his personal capacity, to the effect that such projections have been prepared on the basis of sound financial planning practice consistent with past budgets and financial statements and that such officer has no reason to question the reasonableness of any material assumptions on which such projections were prepared.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract.
