Products/Completed Operations Hazard a. Products hazard means bodily injury and/or property damage occurring away from premises you own or rent and arising out of your product after physical possession of it has been relinquished to others.
b. Completed operations hazard means bodily injury and/or property damage arising out of your work. Your work does not include incomplete or abandoned work.
1) when all work specified in your contract has been done;
2) when all work to be done at a job site has been completed if your contract includes work at more than one site; or
3) when your work at a job site has been put to its intended use by someone other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same job site.
c. Neither the products hazard nor completed operations hazard includes bodily injury and/or property damage arising out of:
1) the transport of property aboard a vehicle not owned or operated by you, unless injury or damage occurs from a condition that was created by your loading or unloading of the vehicle:
2) the presence of tools, uninstalled equipment, abandoned or unused materials; or
3) products or work for which the classification on the Declarations/schedule states "including

Products/Completed Operations Hazard. Included within the "products-completed opera- tions hazard".
Products/Completed Operations Hazard a) Products hazard means bodily injury or property damage occurring away from premises you own or rent and arising out of your product after physical possession of it has been relinquished to others.
Products/Completed Operations Hazard arising out of, based upon or attributable to bodily injury included within the products-completed operations hazard.
Products/Completed Operations Hazard. (1) Includes all bodily injury and property damage occurring away from premises a Covered Entity owns or rents and arising out of a Covered Entity's Product or a Covered Entity's Work except:
(a) Products that are still in a Covered Entity's physical possession; or
(b) Work that has not yet been completed or abandoned. However, a Covered Entity's Work will be deemed completed at the earliest of the following times:
i. When all of the work called for in a Covered Entity's contract has been completed.
ii. When all of the work to be done at the site has been completed if a Covered Entity's contract calls for work at more than one site.
iii. When that part of the work done at a job site has been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project. Work that may need service, maintenance, correction, repair or replacement, but which is otherwise complete, will be treated as completed.
(2) Does not include bodily injury or property damage arising out of:
(a) The transportation of property, unless the injury or damage arises out of a condition in or on a vehicle created by the loading or unloading of it; or
(b) The existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials.
Products/Completed Operations Hazard a. Includes all Bodily Injury and Property Damage occurring away from premises you own or rent and arising out of Your Product or Your Work except:
1) Products that are still in your physical possession; or
2) Work that has not yet been completed or abandoned. However, Your Work will be deemed completed at the earliest of the following times:
a) When all of the work called for in your contract has been completed.
b) When all of the work to be done at the job site has been completed if your contract calls for work at more than one job site.
c) When that part of the work done at the job site has been put to its intended use by any other person or organization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project. Work that may need service, maintenance, correction, repair or replacement, but which is otherwise complete, will be treated as completed. The Bodily Injury or Property Damage must occur away from premises you own or rent, unless your business includes the selling, handling or distribution of Your Product for consumption on premises you own or rent.
b. Does not include Bodily Injury or Property Damage arising out of:
1) The transportation of property, unless the injury or damage arises out of a condition in or on a vehicle not owned or operated by you, and that condition was created by the Loading or Unloading of that vehicle by any insured; or
2) The existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials.
