Unused Materials definition

Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by National Grid which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination of the Contract;
Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by SGN which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination or Final Completion of the Contract (as applicable);
Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by Northern Gas Networks Limited which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination of the Contract;

More Definitions of Unused Materials

Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by Wales & West Utilities which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination of the Contract;
Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by Northern Gas Networks which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination of the Contract pursuant to Condition 11.
Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by Northern Gas Networks which have not been incorporated into the Connection Works on termination of the Connection Contract pursuant to Condition 16.

Related to Unused Materials

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
