Professional and administrative support. The City of Cardiff County Council shall act as the accountable body for the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Shadow Joint Committee in respect of financial matters and its financial procedure rules will apply in this context. Administrative support to the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Shadow Joint Committee will be provided by the City of Cardiff County Council. The procurement, finance and other rules of the City of Cardiff County Council will apply in respect of projects.

Professional and administrative support. The City of Cardiff County Council shall act as the accountable body for the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Chief Executives Board in respect of financial matters and its financial procedure rules will apply in this context. Administrative support to the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Chief Executives Board will be provided by the City of Cardiff County Council. The procurement, finance and other rules of the City of Cardiff County Council will apply in respect of projects. Any expenditure on preparatory work required to develop the detailed City Deal proposals, which preparatory work has a value in excess of £20,000, will require the full approval of the Cardiff Capital Region City Deal Chief Executives Board. Expenditure decisions falling below a cumulative value of £20,000 in a financial year may be made by the Chair of the Project Officers Group. Expenditure would also be subject to the appropriate delegations relating to the City of Cardiff Council.
