PROJECT OFFICERS. 4.1 The Administering Authority shall be responsible for the appointment of a Deputy Project Manager for the purpose of the Project. The Administering Authority shall make the Deputy Project Manager available full-time for the management of the Project under the supervision and guidance of the Partnership manager.
