Professional Certification and License Fees. The Employer shall reimburse full time employees for periodic professional association fees or dues required to maintain professional status that are required as a condition of employment. For part-time and casual employees, the Employer shall reimburse the employee for periodic professional association fees or dues required to maintain professional status that are required as a condition of employment, prorated from 1,950 hours to the employee’s scheduled hours of work, unless that employee has been reimbursed by another employer. The Employer shall have sole discretion to determine whether professional status is a necessary qualification for any employee’s current job.
