SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services described and for the fee set forth in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the satisfactory and complete execution of the Scope Work. The Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, utilities, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Scope of Work. The Scope of Work shall generally be performed at the direction of the NMCRA and completed and completed within that certain number of days from the issuance of a Work Order by the NMCRA to the Contractor (the “Term”). Time is of the essence in the performance of all obligations within the Term. Final Completion of the Scope of Work shall be completed prior to the expiration of the Term and the failure of the Contractor to do so shall be a material default under this Agreement. “
Roles and Responsibilities 1. The Donor States shall make funds available in support of eligible programmes proposed by the Beneficiary State and agreed on by the Financial Mechanism Committee within the priority sectors listed in Article 3.1 of Protocol 38c and the programme areas listed in the Annex to Protocol 38c. The Donor States and the Beneficiary State shall cooperate on the preparation of concept notes defining the scope and planned results for each programme.
RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY 25. FO will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by Xxxxxx resulting from an inability to access the Facility or the Unit, regardless of the cause.
RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Customer will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation or data related to the Services (“Software”); modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software (except to the extent expressly permitted by Company or authorized within the Services); use the Services or any Software for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third; or remove any proprietary notices or labels.
Professional Responsibilities Other activities to support the delivery of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Business Plan and Xxxxxx Mission Strategic Plan, as requested by your manager • As an employee, be responsible under the Work Health & Safety Act for the health and safety of all persons they come into contact with, during employment • All hazards and injuries must be reported through the normal process as set out in Xxxxxx Mission’s Work Health, Safety and Rehabilitation Quality Management System and site procedures • Participate in the review and maintenance of industry specific and internal audit processes, as per Xxxxxx Mission’s standard policy and procedures • In relation to Xxxxxx Mission and the Uniting Church in Australia, attend such functions, meetings, seminars, training courses as directed by your supervisor • In relation to Xxxxxx Mission attend worship services as encouraged by your supervisor • Participate on a quarterly basis in Xxxxxx Mission’s Employee contribution and development process • Take responsibility for personal career development and training • Participate in Xxxxxx Mission’s Orientation program, so as to gain an understanding of, and • promote, the application of the EEO, Affirmative Action, Privacy Act, Work Health & Safety Act and other relevant legislation • Administer Xxxxxx Mission’s philosophy of care and other relevant policy documents as appropriate • Demonstrate responsible stewardship of all resources, and willingness to report impropriety in keeping with the values of Xxxxxx Mission • Ensure the reputation and integrity of Xxxxxx Mission is maintained at all times • Maintain confidentiality

Acknowledgement of Services and Responsibility of the Manager The Resident acknowledges that neither the Manager nor the Institution stands in loco parentis with respect to the Resident. The Residence provides living accommodations for independent students who are to be responsible and accountable for their personal needs and their interactions with their fellow residents as opposed to residential care. The Manager is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the residence. The Manager, in consultation with the Institution, may from time to time, in its sole and unfettered discretion, establish and/or amend policies, protocols and guidelines to uphold and ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the Manager, all of which will constitute part of the Residence Community Living Standards or Institution Code of Conduct, as appropriate. The Resident hereby acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their compliance with / review of such policies, protocols and guidelines (as may be created, amended, revised or restated by the Manager) found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY A. DBEs and other small businesses are strongly encouraged to participate in the performance of Contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds (See 49 CFR 26, “Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs”). The Consultant must ensure that DBEs and other small businesses have the opportunity to participate in the performance of the work that is the subject of this solicitation and should take all necessary and reasonable steps for this assurance. The proposer must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the award and performance of subcontracts.
Rights and Responsibilities This Agreement is our standard service agreement. Under this Agreement, we agree to provide and xxxx for Service, and you agree to use and pay for Service, as provided herein and in our other applicable Terms of Service. Our rights and responsibilities, and your rights and responsibilities, are as set forth in this Agreement and our other applicable Terms of Service.
Academic Freedom and Responsibility 6.1 The University and United Academics agree that academic freedom is essential to the mission of the University and that providing an environment of free and honest inquiry is essential to its functioning. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or abridge any individual's right to free speech or to infringe upon the academic freedom of any member of the University community.
