Professional Development Advisory Committee. The parties recognize that ongoing, high quality professional development is essential to maintaining a quality workforce that can meet the needs of our students. The parties will jointly establish a Professional Development Advisory Committee to gain input from in-the-field Educational Support Professionals about what kind of training is relevant and needed, to evaluate the quality of professional development opportunities and to make recommendations for improving the quality, relevance and impact of professional development.
