4.2 The Seller shall, as part of its reporting in terms of this Agreement, procure that its chief executive officer reports to the Buyer or the Economic Development Independent Monitor (if one is appointed) the progress made in performing the Economic Development Obligations in respect of the relevant measurement periods.

Implementation and Duration. This Agreement shall be effective as of the signing of the contract and shall continue in full force and effect through midnight, December 31, 2024. The City's obligations under this Agreement end with the expiration of the contract, unless mutually extended in writing. This section, however, supersedes O.A.C. 4 ll7-9-02(E), and thus is effective beyond the expiration of the contract.
