Professional Growth Increment. 23.3.1 The professional growth increment is to be made on September 1 to qualifying unit members. All permanent CSEA unit members in active status are eligible to participate in the professional growth plan. Unit members considering applying for credit are required to have the approval of the committee prior to enrollment (see Professional Growth Credit for Classified Unit member’s form, Appendixes C & D).
