Professional Organization Stipends. Consistent with Rule 3307-6-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code, if so established by the Association, the Board will pay a stipend to the Association President, Vice President, Secretary, and/or Treasurer. The Association shall certify the stipend amounts to the Board’s Treasurer, which can in no event exceed the maximum allowed by Rule 3307-6-01. The Association shall promptly and fully reimburse the Board for the total cost of stipends, including any applicable retirement costs.
