Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;
PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATIONS A. Not later than March 1 of the calendar year in which this Agreement expires, the Association and the District will begin negotiations for a successor Agreement. Any Agreement so negotiated will apply to all teachers, and will be reduced to writing and signed by the District and the Association.
Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.
Professional Study Permanent unit members may apply for professional study leave by outlining in writing the plan that is to be followed and the institution to be attended. In addition, a clear statement must be included in the request indicating the need for educational study and the potential value to the District upon completion of such study. (See Appendix A, 4.033)
Professional Seal Where applicable in the determination of the City, the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed professional responsible for the report/design preparation.
Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.
Professional secrecy The Fund Operator and its staff shall maintain professional secrecy for the duration of this Agreement and after completion thereof. In this connection, except with the prior written consent of the FMO, neither the Fund Operator nor the personnel employed or engaged by it shall at any time communicate to any person or entity any confidential information disclosed to them or discovered by them, or make public any information as to the recommendations formulated in the course of or as a result of implementation of this Agreement. Furthermore, they shall not make any use prejudicial to the FMO, of information supplied to them and of the results of studies, tests and research carried out in the course and for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.
