PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. A. The Board agrees with the Association that an adequate number of professional employees are desirable to the operation of an effective educational program. The Board agrees to continue its effort to provide an adequate number of qualified professional personnel as dictated by student enrollment, the financial condition of the district, the building facilities available, and the best interest of the school district. B. Teachers wishing to make recommendations to the Board concerning curriculum and additional professional personnel should make such recommendations through the administrative channels.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you.   • Professional Seal Where applicable in the determination of the City, the first page of a technical report, first page of design specifications, and each page of construction drawings shall be stamped/sealed and signed by the licensed professional responsible for the report/design preparation.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.
