The PROFESSIONAL STAFFING clause defines the requirements and expectations for the personnel assigned to perform services under the agreement. PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. A. Central Administration and Unit members shall screen the candidates. B. Teachers may be assigned to a school only after discussion with the building principal involved or his designee.
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. A. The Board agrees with the Association that an adequate number of professional employees are desirable to the operation of an effective educational program. The Board agrees to continue its effort to provide an adequate number of qualified professional personnel as dictated by student enrollment, the financial condition of the district, the building facilities available, and the best interest of the school district. B. Teachers wishing to make recommendations to the Board concerning curriculum and additional professional personnel should make such recommendations through the administrative channels.
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. The Contractor agrees to assign the following professional staffing to this contract work. In the event the Contractor finds it necessary to replace any of the assigned personnel during the performance of the contract, the Contracting Officer shall be notified.
PROFESSIONAL STAFFING. Each teacher will be informed of his/her duties by a job description. Any teacher working with an aide will receive a copy of the aide's job description.

This contract shall not be valid and the Board will not compensate the Superintendent for any service performed prior to the date that he registers his certificate.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
