Assigned Personnel definition

Assigned Personnel refers to the individual(s) named and listed as “Hire Name” in an authorized Order to perform the work of the applicable Order.
Assigned Personnel. On signing this Contract, and subsequent thereto as changes in personnel are made, Contractor shall identify the person on Contractor's staff who will serve as day to day liaison for the Services. Contractor shall assign and maintain a staff of dedicated and competent personnel that is fully equipped and qualified to perform the Services required by this Contract. Provided, the Authority shall have the right to review and approve such personnel selections, and may reject any such personnel at any time whenever the Authority, in its sole and unlimited discretion, determines that such personnel is not qualified or otherwise unfit for such work.
Assigned Personnel have the relevant required training specified by EOPP and/or UOPP and have been designated by Assignment Order, either permanently or temporarily, to either the HIT or USAR primary apparatus (or cross-staffed apparatus), or HIT or USAR task force Engine Company.

Examples of Assigned Personnel in a sentence

  • Assigned Personnel must be cleared through Fingerprint Criminal Record Background Checks completed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) prior to such person providing services under this agreement (or if already providing direct care to clients when this provision is added by amendment to the agreement, as soon as possible thereafter).

  • Provider shall not assign or continue the assignment of any Assigned Personnel who have been convicted or incarcerated within the prior 10 years for any felony as specified in Penal Code § 667.5 and/or 1192.7, to provide direct care to clients.

  • The specific personnel identified in the approved Staffing Plan shall be considered Assigned Personnel or Assigned Employees for the purpose of the Engineer’s entitlement to payment for services performed by such personnel.

  • If any information for the Assigned Personnel changes during the contract term, Successful Respondent shall provide written notice via email to CPA’s Criminal Investigation Division no later than three (3) business days after Successful Respondent’s discovery of such changed information that relates to felony criminal conviction(s).

  • At CPA’s discretion, CPA may conduct a criminal background investigation on Successful Respondent’s Assigned Personnel.


More Definitions of Assigned Personnel

Assigned Personnel means employees and independent contractors of Supplier and its subsidiaries assigned by Supplier to perform or provide Services pursuant to this Agreement and excludes, for clarity, Subcontractors, customers of Supplier (including dealers with which it has a contractual relationship) and other third parties.
