Common use of Professional Standards Program Clause in Contracts

Professional Standards Program. Employees who have achieved higher levels of certification or degrees will be eligible to receive incentive pay at the highest level listed in the following sections. Employees qualifying at more than one level will receive only one level of incentive pay.
