Common use of Professional Standards Program Clause in Contracts

Professional Standards Program. Employees who have achieved higher levels of certification or degrees will be eligible to receive incentive pay at the highest level listed in the following sections. Employees qualifying at more than one level will receive only one level of incentive pay. The District recognizes the Professional Standards Certificate as issued by the National Association of Educational Office Personnel with the following provisions beyond the salary schedule: All employees who received incentive pay in the 2019-20 school year will be maintained at the stipend amount they received in the 2019-20 school year or paid the appropriate stipend, whichever is higher. Increases to stipend amounts shall also be applied to increases for employees maintained on stipend levels that were sunset for new employees after 2020.
