Program Assistance. Unit members who are transferred or administratively reassigned will receive assistance upon written request to their department head. The department head will direct the unit member’s new immediate supervisor to meet with the unit member and cooperatively develop a program of assistance addressing the unit member’s concern(s) to aid in the transition to a new position.
