STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES 8 A. CONTRACTOR shall achieve performance objectives, tracking and reporting Performance 9 Outcome Objective statistics in monthly programmatic reports, as appropriate. Contract Goals A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS conducted a comprehensive search and determined that the Contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by MWBEs as subcontractors, service providers, or suppliers to Contractor. Contractor is, however, encouraged to make every good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. Goals & Objectives The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent IT service support and delivery to the Customer by Centre. The goal of this Agreement is to obtain mutual agreement for IT service provision between Centre and Customer. The objectives of this Agreement are to: Provide clear reference to service ownership, accountability, roles and/or responsibilities. Present a clear, concise and measurable description of service provision to the Customer. Match perceptions of expected service provision with actual service support & delivery.

Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.
Goals Goals define availability, performance and other objectives of Service provisioning and delivery. Goals do not include remedies and failure to meet any Service Goal does not entitle Customer to a Service credit.
Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.
PERFORMANCE ISSUES The County will hold the Contractor responsible for meeting all of the Contractor’s contractual obligations. If performance issues arise that cannot be resolved between the Contractor and the County's Representative, the matter will be referred to the Procurement Division for appropriate action.
