These specialists will assist employees deal more effectively with work related or personal problems. The outcome for the organisation is that immediate access to effective help not only supports the employee, but will also help maintain or restore high productivity and efficiency in the work place. 24 hour Telephone Helpline Your employees will have unlimited access to CARE FIRST 24 hours, 365 days per year telephone helpline. All calls are answered by CARE FIRST own Counselling Psychologists or trained telephone assessment counsellors. Calls will be answered within 6 rings. The problems supported are likely to be from a complete range including:  Work related problems such as stress  Marital / relationship problems  Family problems  Anxiety / depression  Emotional problems  Trauma  Substance abuse  Behavioural difficulties  Managerial support in handling difficult employees or situations The majority of calls are straightforward but a Chartered Counselling Psychologist is always available for the more sensitive or serious calls.
