Programme to be Furnished. 1) Within 15 days of award of the Contract, Contractor shall, submit to the Engineer for his approval a programme showing the order of procedure in which he proposes to carry out the Works. The Contractor shall whenever required by the Engineer submit a revised programme showing the modifications to the approved programme necessary to ensure completion of the Works within the time for completion as defined in Clause 43 hereof. The Contractor may have to revise the programme depending upon the requirements of the Employer. It must be clearly understood that the Contractor may have to induct additional resources contingent to the requirement of the Employer so as to enable the Employer to meet his target of commissioning the project. Nothing extra shall be paid to the Contractor on account of such contingencies.
Programme to be Furnished. 11.1 As soon as practicable after the acceptance of Tender, but not later than 15 days, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer- in-charge for his approval, a program showing the procedure and method by which he proposes to carry out the works, and shall whenever required by the Engineer-in-charge, furnish particulars in writing of his arrangements for carrying out works and the construction plant, temporary works, etc that he intends to use or construct as the case may be. No extra claims shall be admissible except as per the conditions provided for in the Tender.
Programme to be Furnished. (1) Within thirty (30) days after the date of the Letter of Acceptance or such other time as the Superintending Officer may reasonably require, the Contractor shall submit to the Superintending Office a programme for the Works in the form and in compliance with the requirements specified in this Contract or otherwise required in writing by the Superintending Officer. The Contractor shall, whenever required by the Superintending Officer, furnish him with such further particulars and information as the Superintending Officer may reasonably require for the purpose of determining the acceptability of the programme for the Works.
Programme to be Furnished. Depending upon the complexity of the works defined in the Works Order, the Project Manager may request the contractor to submit a Program of Works within the time specified. No extension of time will be considered if the contractor fails to submit a program of works.
Programme to be Furnished. As soon as practicable after the acceptance of his tender, the Contractor shall, if required,submit to the Engineer for his approval a programme showing the order of procedure and the method in which he proposes to carry out Works and shall whenever required by the Engineer or Engineer's representative furnish for his information particulars in writing of the Contractor's arrangement for the carrying out of the Works and of the constructional plant and temporary Works which the Contractor intends to supply, use or construct as the case may be. The submission to and approval by the Engineer or Engineer's representative of such programme or the furnishing of such particulars shall not relieve the Contractor of any of his duties or responsibilities under the Contract.
