Progression on the grid. (a) Each full-time nurse will be advanced from her present level to the next level set out in the Salary Schedule, twelve (12) months after she was last advanced on her service review date. If a nurse’s absence without pay from the Home exceeds thirty (30) continuous calendar days during each twelve (12) month period, her service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days.
