Common use of Progression on the Salary Grid Clause in Contracts

Progression on the Salary Grid. (a) Each full-time employee will be advanced from their present level to the next level twelve (12) months after they were last advanced (hereinafter called their "service review date"). Except as expressly stated in Article 12.04, if an employee’s absence without pay from the Hospital exceeds thirty (30) continuous calendar days during such twelve (12) month period, their service review date will be extended by the length of such absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days.
